(1) The image files were automatically completely verified. (2) The image files were automatically classified and then add a watermarked. (3) Those image files automatically transform to the videos. (4) The videos are played back in a stream server, and then users watched the videos on the internet. (5) The server has to communicate to chip of the SIMCOM (SIM5218), and then store data into MySQL server. The other system can connect to the server and then query images, videos, data, so on.
    4. Developed a pressure prediction algorithm using neural network analysis, which forecasts the water situation in the region up to seven days and estimates reverse valve back to set the parameters of the water.
    5. Responsible for company's product security using Zend Guard.
    6. Developed a water pressure control algorithm with machine learning and water pressure within in a safe range successfully.

    1. Responsible for six algorithms that joins the intelligence video surveillance (IVS) race of Taipei Police Department. Our company together with Alcatel-Lucent worked on the IVS race and got the best achievement in 29 June 2009. I am independent research and development six algorithms between 24 July 2008 and 29 June 2009. Those algorithms are real-time video analysis.
       1. Forbidden Area: When an object invades custom area then the algorithm will detect the object and alert with a record event of clip video.
       2. Forbidden Line: User can freedom custom the alert lines in screen of surveillance video. Once, an object invades the alert lines, then the algorithm will detect the object and output warning message with a record event of clip video.
       3. People / Car Counting: The algorithm can detect people / cars and counting the number of people / cars in the road. Besides, the algorithm also can record people / cars direction and it will record all of information about events.
       4. Unattended Object: In surveillance video system, the objects halts in a fixed position with over custom time then the algorithm will mark the objects, including size, position, etc.
       5. Car Color Detection: If you want to search dubious car in surveillance video. We suggest using the color features of cars to help reduce the time of searching. Because the algorithm can detect user custom colors. So, it will records detecting information of cars, including appearance time, color information, snapshot of cars, etc.
       6. Car Direction: You can custom that you want to detect object tracking direction. When an object's direction matches your custom direction. The algorithm will mark the object and records about the object direction information.
    2. Developed License plate location of vehicles for the Police Department of Hualien County of Taiwan and provided search surveillance video to find vehicles quickly. Reducing the search time of vehicles significantly.
    3. Developed fourteen intelligence video surveillance algorithm prototypes for five months, such as Missing Object, Motion Detection, Fire Flame Detection.
    4. I invented and got “Method of Recognizing Object Color in Video Images” patent. Taiwan patent ID: 201123079.
    5. Helped five colleagues learn and train for Image processing algorithm developments and particle.
    6. Responsible for code of IVS review and make sure algorithms are correct.
